What areas do you serve?

We serve five counties across Southwest Montana: Madison, Beaverhead, Silver Bow, Jefferson, and Gallatin. We are based in the Ruby Valley between Sheridan and Alder, which keeps delivery and pickup prompt for Sheridan, Twin Bridges, Ennis, Virginia City, Dillon, Butte, Whitehall, Three Forks, and the surrounding ranch country. How much does it cost to rent a portable toilet?

Pricing depends on the type of unit, how many you need, your location, and how long you need it. We give clear, all-in quotes with no hidden fees, so you know the cost up front. Call or text 406-594-0872 with your event or job-site details and we will recommend the right setup and price.

How many portable toilets do I need?

A common starting point is one standard unit per 100 guests for a roughly four-hour event, with more added if alcohol is served or the event runs longer. For job sites, plan on about one unit per ten workers for a 40-hour week. Tell us your headcount and schedule and we will recommend the right number of units and wash stations.

How often are the units cleaned and serviced?

Monthly rentals include four standard cleanings per month, and you can add more servicing anytime. At each visit we pump and sanitize the tank, restock toilet paper, and refill soap and towels in wash stations. Every unit is also fully cleaned, stocked, and inspected before it is delivered.

What rental terms do you offer?

We offer day-of event rentals, weekly rentals, monthly rentals with four cleanings included, and long-term or ongoing agreements for job sites and facilities. Whatever your timeline, we will match a rental term and servicing schedule to it.

Can you deliver to remote or rural sites?

Yes. As a Ruby Valley business, delivering to ranches, fishing access points, hunting camps, and remote high-country job sites is part of our everyday work. Just let us know how to find the site and whether the access road is passable for a delivery truck.

Do you have handicap-accessible units?

We do. Our ADA and handicap units are oversized, ground-level, and fitted with a wide door and interior handrails to meet accessibility requirements. They are a smart addition to any public event and a requirement for many.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better, especially for summer weddings and the August fair and rodeo season, when units book up. For job sites and ongoing rentals we can often set up quickly. Reach out as early as you can and we will hold your dates.
